Hi
There are two controller and core switch
in core i will create vlan 94
int vl94
ip addd
and int g1/1
switchport mode trunk
in the wlc
Interface Name Port Vlan Id IP Address Type Ap Mgr Guest
-------------------------------- ---- -------- --------------- ------- ------ -----
management 1 94 192.168.50.252 Static Yes N/A
redundancy-management 1 94 0.0.0.0 Static No N/A
i had made at installation 0:untagged=94
i assume that my management vlan is tagged
i am confusion these tagging of management vlan
experts please advice
as i am not able to ping the controller

for my network side for example i am using vlan 94
config interface vlan management 94 ip add 192.168.50.250 255.255.255.0 192.168.50.254
please correct me if am wrong

at that had made at installation 0:untagged=0 or i need vlan number

Vlan = 0 means all vlan permitted. LAG is just like trunk on switch side.

if you set to 0, that mean management interface traffic is not tagged at WLC . That mean management vlan should be native vlan across your trunk, in that way switch side as well not tagging that vlan traffic.
If you set it to 94, that mean controller will add vlan 94 tag for traffic on that interface. So that to work, you need to ensure vlan 94 is not native vlan on that trunk link.
