Hello Experts!
The problem we faced is rogue WAP interference on channel 11 of the Corpo WAPs.
The company's WAPs are at -45 dBm, whereas the 'rogue' AP has -42 dBm on the channel 11. Users on the corporate WiFi might try to switch to the 'rogue' WAP due to its best/better/stronger signal.
I want to double-check to make sure this isn't the problem, so I want to switch the channel for all 'Corpo' WAPs to either channel 1 or 6.
The next step to find the 'rogue' WAp and physically shut it down (this is remote sitre and there shouldn't be any extra WAPs enabled)
But I can't find how to change the RF channel on Cisco Catalyst 9800-40 Wireless Controller 17.9.3
I was able to open:
Configuration>Wireless>Access Points>Edit AP and there is no option where I can choose which channel I can use on that WAP
Could you please help me?
