Wireless clients decide when to roam and which AP to go to.

For Intel-based wireless NIC, the easiest way is to update the firmware of the wireless NIC.

Andoid-based wireless client will require an app, like WiFi Roaming Fix.

I found this tab , Not sure what it mean

Could you please explain ? (as attached pic )

A lot of thanks

As Leo already stated, the client decides by itself when/if it wants to roam. This is defined by the manufacturer inside the driver.

You can influence this, but this can cause outages and "no network" issues for the client. Those features are Client Load Balance and Band Select.

I advice against using those features, because they typically cause more issues than they solve it.
