Hi 

As long as 3702 has an IP reachable to your WLC, you can type one of the below commands & it will find WLC & register

3702#capwap ap controller ip address <WLC_Mgt_IPAddress>

OR

3702#capwap ap primary-base <WLC_Name> <WLC_Mgt_IPAddress>
