HI ! I have a lot of 87 Assorted CISCO Access Points (3502E_A_K9 and 3502I_A_K9). I want to sell them but before, I would like to know how could I do a diagnostic test to see if all of them are properly working.

Thanks!

Hi

You can do this only with the Access Point joined in a WLC and using a tool like Cisco Prime. But, if you create an SSID on the WLC and see it in both frquency (5.0 Ghz and 2.4 Ghz) which means the AP is doing its job.

In case this is standalone Access Point you can do the same on the Access Point itself.

create a test environment, and join the AP to WLC, connect client with simple basic tests and seal it and sell it.

or ask buyer to test and return policy if not working.

Power them up and erase the config.
If this can be done, then the AP is working as intended.
