Hi,
We have Cisco 2500 Series Wireless Controller (Model 2504)
and Software version 8.1.102.0
How to upgrade controller software from 8.1.102.0 to latest
we are using AP points Models are
1) AIR-LAP1041N-A-K9?
2) AIR-CAP1702I-D-K9
the upgraded software version will support or not for above AP models?

Kindly read the Release Notes of the version you want to upgrade to. The Release Notes contains detailed instructions about how to upgrade the firmware of the controller. The Release Notes also contains a list of APs that are supported by that particular version.

I moved your post to the appropriate forum. Like Leo mentioned, you need to review the release notes to decide what code you should upgrade to. Some like the latest and greatest but understanding that there might be issues. Some go for the code train that has the most MR’s.
You also then need to review the release notes and the WLC matrix to make sure your AP’s are still supported.
