I can`t login to AP(AIR-2800) after joinging the WLC (C9800)

Hello,

I joined AP to Cisco Wireless LAN Controlle (C9800) with above commands.

▼ AP(AIR-2800)
capwap ap ip [AP IP] [AP subnet mask] [AP default gateway]
capwap ap primary-base [WLC name] [WLC IP]

▼ WLC (C9800)
ap profile [AP name]
mgmtuser username [username] password 0 [password] secret 0 [password]
ssh
telnet

But after joinging the WLC, I can`t login to AP with both Console and SSH/Telnet.

I don`t know why and want to know how to solve this.

If you can not console to the AP I can not see correlation with the WLC. Console should work in any condition unless the AP is crashed.

You should consider factory reset it.

We can't see your full config so not clear what profile your AP is using.  You show ap profile [AP name] but by default the AP will be using: ap profile default-ap-profile unless you've configured it specifically to use the AP named profile.
Then you need to configure "mgmtuser username ..." under the profile that's being used.
