I want to upgrade software WLC from 8.5 to 8.10.151.

Existing, I've WLC-3504 authenticate with ISE 2.0.0.  I want to upgrade software WLC from 8.5 to 8.10.151. 

I've concern point about compatible WLC 8.10 and ISE 2.0.0. Please advise.

ISE 2.0 is quite old, Looks like you need to uplift (based on the requirement,)

Look at the release notes (it says ISE 2.5 )

Should work, however, there will some advanced 8.10.X.X features that will not be compatible with ISE 2.0

If you can shed more info as to what purpose are you using ISE for would be helpful

Radius is a standard, so it must support and respect others who speak Radius irrespective of the version or hardware. That being said if you approach Cisco TAC for support they completely have the right to reject support for the case. ISE 2.0 is anyway EOL too.
