Inquiry Compatible Wireless Access Points for Cisco C9800-L-C-K9

We have recently purchased the Cisco C9800-L-C-K9 Wireless Controller and are currently searching for the latest high-quality wireless access point models that are fully compatible and supported by this controller.

Unfortunately, we encountered a compatibility issue with the Cisco Business 150AX Access Points we had purchased, as they are not supported by our wireless controller.

We would greatly appreciate your guidance in recommending compatible access point models to ensure seamless integration with our controller.

Thank you for your support, but can you specify the compatible Wireless Access point Model for the Cisco-C9800-L-C-K9 WLC not for the whole 9800 series.

9800-L-C can support the APs in the list I have provided.

Access Point compatibility is driven by IOS version and not WLC model.

Thanks for your guidance, I have gone through our WLC version. It is (Cisco IOS XE Software, Version 17.03.04c), so please help me in finding the exact access points models which are the latest and compatible with this version WLC.

Make sure your WLC software is up to date as per the TAC recommended link below.

Refer to the release notes and compatibility matrix for compatible APs with each IOS-XE version (applies to all 9800 series WLCs).

On your WLC CLI type: show ap image file summary
for a list of AP images and corresponding AP models which your WLC supports.
