Integrating Cisco Prime-3.5 with ACS-5.8

Hi,

I am trying to integrate my Cisco Prime with ACS.

but its not successful. I just followed steps from the below cisco document.- "Use Cisco ACS With RADIUS or TACACS+ for External Authentication"

I have no clue where it is failing. I couldnt able to login PI with my TACACS credentials.

Can anyone please help?

 - Check the ACS server's authentication logs, look up the authentication  requests from Prime, check whether you can find more info as to why these authentication requests are failing.

Second this

Make sure that PI has been added as a network device to ACS, the policy set is correct and the auth and authz rules are correct.

The ACS logs should help you find if its even getting to the box.
