Hello,
Has anyone here had any issues with the Intel 9560 wireless cards while trying to connect to an 802.1x network with certificate?
Using version 20.xx of the driver works fine which goes up to version 20.120. However, something must have changed in version 21.xx as the wireless refuses to connect to the network. Event viewer shows a "wireless security failed" error with reason being that "Dynamic key exchange did not succeed within configured time".
Regards.

Besides that , how is your cisco wireless layout ? If you use a controller it is always best to have recent releases , for sufficient windows 10 client connectivity : https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/wireless-lan-controller-software/200046-tac-recommended-aireos.html and https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/catalyst-9800-series-wireless-controllers/214749-tac-recommended-ios-xe-builds-for-wirele.html

Hi
Dynamic Key Exchenage may not be related to 802.1x as this can be part of the encryption process. You can create a SSID based on PSK and see if the same behavior happen. This can halp you narrow down your possibilities.
In case the problem happen while using PSK, then, your problem can be related to the Access Point and WLC.
