iot image for for raspberry pi 4 or raspberry pi 3 B+

hi; can you please help me get the image that work with PL-APP on raspberry pi 4 (or raspberry pi 3 B+), i downloaded the version : "en_I2oT2.0_PL-App_Image.zip" that i found on netacad site, but it didn't work. i was following the document in joined piece and i stopped at page 10, where i couldn't connect the pi to PL-APP, because it didn't get an ip address, although WI-FI and DHCP are activated. Thank you.
