iPad client connection problems

Hello Guys

We are having problems with connection of Ipad devices, this computer authenticates in wireless network without problems however after certain disconnects and to reconnect must delete the connection and reconfigure it, the credentials used by the devices are correct.

We have a Cisco WLC 650 IOS  8.5.140.0, the error traps that appear to us are as follows;

 

Client Disassociated: MACAddress:9a:2c:5c:cd:5c:e2 Base Radio MAC:00:be:75:cf:9e:30 Slot: 1 User Name: LA75300, Ip Address: 10.229.184.192 Reason:Un-specified reason ReasonCode: 1

What controller model? What AP’s do you have and also what model ipad and firmware?  Any newer model iPads working fine or iPhones by chance?  You want to start isolating the issue and see what is and isn’t working and finding any similarities. How you also looked at the radius logs for those devices?

So from your screen shot, you are using 802.1x, so what radius server are you using and what does the log show when there is a failure?  What other devices are working with the same SSID and profile.

The iPad have several versions of models and the operating systems range from 14.4 to 14, .
WLC controller models are a 5508 and we use APs AIR-CAP2702E-A-K9 and AIR-CAP2702I-A-K9.

So from your screen shot, you are using 802.1x, so what radius server are you using and what does the log show when there is a failure?  What other devices are working with the same SSID and profile.

we have laptop, telephones and other devices but only these equipment fail

Look at the radius server logs.  What radius server are you using?
