iphone 7 issue with wlc3504

Hi all,

i am detecting an issue with WLC 3504 version 8.5.135.

Users with iPhone7/8/10 are not able to connect. They join to the network, receive IP address but it seems they are isolated.

Same users connected on WLC5520 version 8.5.135 are able to navigate.

Any idea?

Thanks

Marco

Can you please explain further what you mean by "isolated"?

Is the behaviour the same if using non-Apple wireless clients?

Can you please explain further what you mean by "isolated"? They are not able to reach DNS or other IP address.

Is the behaviour the same if using non-Apple wireless clients? No, only iPhone 7/8/10. Samsung, other brand and also iphone 6 and older are connected without any problem.

What APs are you using? 2700/3700?
