Is there any way to reload Cisco Autonomous WAP from Cisco Prime Infrastructure ?

Not sure about the autonomous ones.
The lightweight you can, search it's name in the search field, select the Access Point result to open the "Monitor" view of the model. Click on Configure and then you should have a reset button to reboot it.

 Considering this AP is managed by PI I think so.

 If not you can use SNMP walk from PI command line.
