ISO for GGSN

I am looking for a “Cisco IOS 12.4 with supported Mobile Wireless - GGSN for 28xx router”.

I am going to send you a diagram which might be helpful to understand what am I looking for.

not my core expertise here but it looks like GGSN support is only in the 7200 and 7600/6500 MWAN.
