Issues preventing a console transfer of Airlap files.

Hi,

I am trying to rebuild Airlap unit A, which has been formatted, by extracting the boot file of Airlap B.

When attempting an xmodem transfer in the console, I am presented with one of two error messages:

xmodem:xxxxxxxx.bin: read only file system

or when copying a bootfile from within a directory, I receive:

copy xmodem:aaaaa/bbbbbbb flash:bbbbbbbb

*** line too large***

I did see another user with a similar 2nd error, but there was no resolution posted.

Thanks

Have you tried following https://community.cisco.com/t5/wireless-mobility-documents/access-point-rommon-recovery-ap-prompt-recovery-example/ta-p/3119495 ?

Hi,

I've not come across that thread before. I'm returning to the issue later in the week, so I'll try to remember to update on if it works or not.

Cheers
