I am seeing the below log continously.

What code are you running. If you do a search, you probably can find your answer as this was an issue, but it depends on your code. Search the forum and you will find your answer.

These debug commands are issued from the router (Sup720) CLI.
Router#debug wism wcp {data/errors/headers}
Router#debug wism events
These debug commands can be issued directly from the WiSM CLI.
WiSM-A#debug wcp {packet/events}
