LAP cannot john vWLC

Just received a replacement LAP from Cisco, connected it to my eve environment which has vWLC inside to check. found this new LAP cannot john to vWLC.  system version on both side are 8.10.130.0

From the prompt, can see the LAP get the ip addr and know the WLC, and send out the capwap request.

Any solution?

If you have access, can you console into the AP, reboot, log the boot sequence and share the complete log files.

This AP I just received from Cisco to replace a broken one which is under the smartnet warranty. I use this AP connect to my laptop via the nic bridge to my vWLC in eve-ng. The version of my vWLC is 8.10.130.0(I download this version to keep it is the same as the version of LAP), the date of manufacture is 02/2023, the model is AP-AIR1562D-A-K9

sorry about that, I just forgot activate the licenses in vWLC. Now it is ok.

Of course 8.10.130.0 is rather old now - highly recommend to update as per TAC recommended link below.
