Hi,
We have now couple of times had a situation when some LAPs have lost the connection to the WLC. Only way to got LAPs back to live has been hard reset (mode button + power off). I have all the time been able to ping LAPs on hanging situations.
Have anyone else had this kind of behavior (code 4.2.99.0)? Is there anyway to take SSH connection to the LAP and give the hard reset command remotely?

Which model do you use?
Most LAPs can't be telneted to, but console works.
I use PoE switches, so shut/no shut solves the issue. Still, there is no reason why a LAP would lose connection...

Hi,
We are using C1131AG LAPs and WLC4404.
But in cases when power off/on doesn't help and you must use mode button, it would be helpful if you can give same command remotely.

How is everything setup.... doesn't seem right for some reason.
