LEAP and External Database Authentication against Active Directory

Has anyone had luck getting ACS 2.6 or 3.0 to authenticate wireless (LEAP)users against a backend AD database. Supposedly issues with Microsoft OS, is causing issues with 3.0, but 2.6 is suppose to work. I receive same errors in 2.6. Policy is set to authenticate all unknown users against External Database(Active Directory), However when user provides login credentials for LEAP authentication, the failed attempts log on ACS show "Radius extension DLL rejected user". Any help???

I have several of these working.

1-Make sure the ACS is buit on a domain controller;

2-make sure the *machine* trying to login is part of the domain (you will likely need an admin to create the user and machine accounts)
