LEAP Issues with Roaming and Authentication with NT

Can anybody please explain:

The LEAP authentication process when authenticating against an NT SAM - Does the password entered at PC boot up also go to the RADIUS server at the same time?

How roaming work with per session based WEP keys? - Are the keys passed between APs?

How using LEAP affects the operation of Win2K and XP policies for hot-desking?

Any information will be appreciated....
