License details

Hello All,

We have (AIR-AP2802I-D-K9)model AP's connected to our office vWLC . License expired for 2 AP's and I am trying to renewal the same.

I was shared few eDelivery license through email. Couldnt figure out which one should be used for AP renewal and what other licenses are used for?  

Not sure if I can share Product ID here so, I am just sharing the description of each licenses I have. 

Details :

1)  Primary SKU for CTVM upgrade licenses (Delivery via Email) - 2 Qty 

2)  5 AP Adder License for the Virtual Controller (eDelivery) - 2 Qty 

3)  Cisco Virtual Wireless Controller(w/5 Access Points License) 

Which license  can use for AP license renewal?

open these files and you will find a PAK-PIN in one of these files..

Most probabely in :5 AP Adder License for the Virtual Controller (eDelivery) - 2 Qty

Sorry I missed a point !!

I have below upgrade licenses came along with "5 AP Adder License for the Virtual Controller (eDelivery)" 

Primary SKU for CTVM upgrade licenses (Delivery via Email) - 2 Oty

Primary SKU as the option to Register Claim Certificates (PAKs) 

Will it work for AP renewal ?? If not please let me know for which it can be used?
