Hi guys!!
I want to know if there is a possibility to limit the number of devices that one user can connect to the wifi in AireOS or Catalyst 9800.
For example, jhon has his own AD Account and he used it to connect to Wi-Fi, but Jhon bring to him five more devices...
so, I only want to allow Jhon connect two devices in the Wireless Network.

This is a global settings.
In AirOS, go to Security > User Login Policies. "0" means unlimited.
In IOS-XE, use the following command:
wireless client max-user-login

Other option would be to do it via your radius server, that way you could write a policy to allow some users have more and some users less
