I know I've seen a good list of Antennas out here before but can't seem to relocate it.
What I'm looking for is a list of Antennas (mainly for outdoor) and what APs they work with.

This is what I typically reference or else I look up the access point and then look for the matching antenna.

Same with me. I use Scott's link to look at the antenna and I use the Installation Guides because each antenna is broken down and has nice colors and pictures to show managment.

You may use any of the outdoor antenna from the list above according to your access point radio(a/g/n) and the distance which has to be covered by the signal...
Mainly patch(point to multipoint) and directional antenna (point to point big disatance) is suitable.
There is no as such the combination of antenna and AP. You may use any according to your need.
