Is there any list of wireless network cards that support 802.11 response packet including status code 17 needed for aggressive load-balancing to work?

as far as I know, there's no such a compatability list, Cisco only says CB21AG with version 3.6 can support it.
actually, 802.11 status code definitions for a leader response only define 0 as accept, 1 as reject, 2~255 are reserved.
