Login issue with Cisco NAC 3315

Hi All,

We have an issue with cisco NAC 3315 which is we could not login to the portal through GUI and telner. And when we had a console into the server we have been getting the below error messages . And the server is reachle we are able to ping the server IP.

INIT: cannot execute "/sbin/agetty"

INIT: Id "co" respawning too fast: disabled for 5 minutes

can anybody help us in this issue , ? Thanks in advance.

P.S - The current software version is : 2.0.2.

Hello Jaya,

Maybe the following option should be activated in your kernel config ?. Please check and replace with "m"

CONFIG_VIRTIO_CONSOLE=y

And could you pls confirm where exactly i can check for this option on the server NAC. ?
