lwapp ap joined but can't connect to ssid

I have one lwapp ap joined in WLC, I have one laptop connected to wlc service port, now it finds the SSID: JCY01, but when it connect, it ask the user id and password, I input admin/cisco, but can't establish the connection, admin/cisco is my WLC login id and password, how to resolve the issue?

pls see attached for wlan JCY01 configuration, my computer joins company intranet domain, in WLC, I can see my mac address appears in the "monitor/clients" with IP:0.0.0.0 and correct AP.

protocol: 802.11ac. username: unknown

but when I double click JCY01, it says: windows was unable to connect to JCY01.

JCY01 config: WPA policy-AES, layer 2 security: WPA+WPA2, enable 802.1X, broadcast SSID: enabled, interface: management( I didn't have dynamic interface for inter-WLAN)

any idea why can't connect to AP form laptop?
