As you see on the 5GHz the mac address is labeled IS and it will not let me configure.

Thank you for all your help. When looking at CLI I noticed that the Radio 1 was looking for a controller. Updated to the latest firmware and fixed the issue.

@jaxelson Autonomous AP IOS had a number of bugs in the GUI which were never resolved and it's End of Support now of course, so use the GUI at your own risk ...  If in doubt always use the CLI.

Most likely reasons for a radio being down are hardware failure, invalid country/regulatory domain setting or not enough power.

What is the exact model of the AP?
It should be something like: AIR-CAP3702I-E-K9

First lets see the output from: show controllers dot11Radio 1 and show run int dot11Radio 1

Then: show log | inc CDP|Power after booting where we'd expect to see something like:
*Mar 1 00:00:23.263: loading Power Tables from ram:/R2.bin. Class = E
*Mar 1 00:00:28.531: loading Power Tables from ram:/R5.bin. Class = E
*May 12 2025 12:34:37.043 BST: %CDP_PD-4-POWER_OK: Full power - NEGOTIATED inline power source

Also: show cdp entry * where we should see some PoE power data too.

If you are using a power injector what is the exact model of the power injector?
If using a power injector did you remember to configure the AP for that?
power inline negotiation injector override

Do you see an event.r1 file on the flash? (dir command)  If so then either attach the file here or use more event.r1 to display the contents.

Good to hear you got it working but not sure what you mean by "Radio 1 was looking for a controller".
How did you see that?
Was it in the logs?
What exactly did it say?
