Hi All-
Playing around setting up Mobility Express on an old 2802. The AP side seems fine, it comes up, gets an IP address and is pingable. I cannot get connectivity to the controller side.
The switch port looks like this:
interface GigabitEthernet1/0/13
description Ap Port
switchport trunk allowed vlan 100,102,104
switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q
switchport trunk native vlan 102
switchport mode trunk

- Could you try with a simpler configuration for the AP-port , just the single vlan
allocated for the subnet that belongs to 10.175.252.14

Yea - what's so frustrating is that the AP side is working fine on 10.175.252.108 -same VLAN 102. Am I supposed to see different MAC addresses for the controller and AP?

Yes, ME has different MAC and different IP from AP.

LAN switch problem configuration or user error... Factory reset and at first config ( via wifi - browser ) let DHCP assign both IP for AP and ME so you can be sure can access it.

And IP for AP and ME must be on native VLAN.

Web browser not responding on the AP address, it does respond to a ping though...

It is normal, there is no WEB server associated with AP IP address, only to ME IP that also have different MAC from AP.
