How to monitor STANDBY HOT WLC when WLC are in High availability .

You can't just yet. Cisco is suppose to have this feature available in a future release of Prime Infrastructure. The only to see if the standby is still up is by looking at the redundancy summary. Or console port of the standby.

This is now available using WLC code 8.1.102.X: Monitoring the High Availability (HA) standby WLC
Note: Link to this document is dead/incorrect. Trying to get this fixed.

In the beta release notes, there was a document showing the various traps that are sent out to monitor SSO setups. If you want to see this in Prime Infrastructure, you will have to wait until PI 3.0 comes out.
