No DHCP request or Acknowledgement

Good day,

I have couple of devices are connected to AIR-AP3802I-B-K9 then to WLC 9800.

Capturing trrafic on WLC-9800 17.9.3 and the Switch show the following 

The captures showed the DHCP server kept sending unique offers to the devices.

The capture from the WLC showed the discover & offer packets were recieved.

The capture from the switch showed the offer packets only.

Both WLC & switch showed no request or acknowledgment packets.

I moved the AP to WLC 8540- 8.5.182.105, and the devices get connected rightaway with no issue.

Any advice?

 - Have a checkup of the WLC 9800 configuration with the CLI command show tech wireless ;feed the output into :

    Pick a client , and perform (client)  debugging according to : https://logadvisor.cisco.com/logadvisor/wireless/9800/9800ClientConnectivity

  - Remember to use show tech wireless for WirelessAnalyzer not (simple) show tech , neither show tech-support

Hope you followed 9800 best practices & no SVI defined for wireless user vlans on 9800

FYI, I opened a ticket with the Cisco TAC, and for four months they were unable to resolve it.
