my access point is not connecting to the controller and the following messages appear.

* Apr 4 15: 27: 35.415:% DTLS-5-SEND_ALERT: Send FATAL: Close notify Alert to 172.24.254.11:5246

what should I do?

WLC version.

Country code configured on WLC

Check Date and time

Check if license is activated.

Post the complete output to the following commands:
1. WLC: sh sysinfo;
2. WLC: sh time; and
3. AP: sh version
