what does [None WPAv2 PSK] error message mean?
parent lost: received disassociate (1) failure
associated to AP_MAC and then [None WPAv2 PSK]
it repeats and repeats.
What could be the issue here?

It seems to be a bug.There is one reported with similar symptoms:

I recommend updating the software version and / or opening a case with the TAC.
