I have a network with different devices from Ubiquiti and as an AP system there are 15 AP1832 with one of them acting as the controller.
1) It is an almost the latest firmware. Is this setup version of AP constantly monitoring itself for band utilization/optimization and handshaking between clients across AP?
2) If not, is there a better way to do it manually or other than the "optimize rf" of the controller menu?
3) Are these AP knowing to be working better with Apple devices or Android?
4) Are these AP working perfectly well for streaming with Airplay2, Chromecast, Spotify connect or some more recent components like would be more reliable/effective in handling this? If so what are the tech specs to look for on new AP?
5) Also as these are running on a custom Gateway (non Cisco) from a the provider of the gateway service, and are connected to the network via POE Switch (non Cisco) which is directly connected to the gateway: - are there any settings that are recommended at Gateway/DHCP level for all the Cisco AP1832 to work as smoothly as possible?
