We have 37 APs. AP models are all 3802. Only 23 devices can be seen under 802.11b/g/n, as shown in the figure below. You can see 51 devices under 802.11a/n/ac. Some customers told us that their devices that can only use 2.4Ghz cannot connect to wifi. I know that 2.4ghz is not enabled on some APs. How can you turn them on? And those devices that I can't see under 802.11b/g/n have two 5Ghz frequency bands turned on.
