PCEX-3G-HSPA searching for drivers

Hi,

I have found in my storage a device:

PCEX-3G-HSPA

(attached a photo of it)

And wanted to use it, but cant find any drivers for it.

My OS is Windows 7 64bit

Maby anyone have a link or solution how do make this device to work under Win 7?

in my case, I use driver relate to AT 890. I have just downloaded driver, now I can use it to access Inernet normally

I post the guide here for someone who do google search and find this topic like me (I found this topic but cannot see answer, so I had had to continue to find, luckily I could found driver but not easily)
