PING time from Wireless Clients

We have over 150 AP's installed.

1. I am noticing the below type of PING times from various clients attached to various AP's at different locations. Very few locations r reporting <2ms.

The PING times to LAN users is fine. Looking for directions to troubleshoot.

Believe it or not, this can be normal for a wireless environment. But a few questions - what are you pinging? Are you pinging the access point, or some other device on the network? Are you running lightweight or autonomous?
