- You need 8.5.x as an intermdiate release (step) from their you can go direct to 8.10.x :

Does the WLC have any 2700/3700?

We have a bunch of AP3802I's. Are there specific upgrade paths for environments with 2700 /3700.?

If upgrading from 8.2.X.X (and earlier version) to 8.5.X.X (and later version), there is a "double-download" event that happens to 2700/3700.
