Hi,
I am not able to find details about interfaces available on Cisco Prime Infrastructure UCS Physical HW Appliance (Gen 3).
Does this have SFP+ ports? Or just 10G Copper ports?

Found below info in server doc shared by you.
Interfaces ■ Rear panel
• One 1Gbase-T RJ-45 management port (Marvell 88E6176)
• Two 10Gbase-T LOM ports (Intel X550 controller embedded on the
motherboard)
• One RS-232 serial port (RJ45 connector)
• One DB15 VGA connector
• Two USB 3.0 port connectors
• One flexible modular LAN on motherboard (mLOM) slot that can
accommodate various interface cards
■ Front panel
• One KVM console connector (supplies two USB 2.0 connectors, one
VGA DB15 video connector, and one serial port (RS232) RJ45
connector)

As per this, it only got two 1/10 Gbps Ethernet ports
It is based on UCSC220M5 series and you can find it is spec here too
