Hi
"• Vlan Tagging feature is NOT supported on Cisco PPPoE Access Point"
You can find an excellent guide here on the forum:
But what you are trying to accomplish it is not possible.

I understand that the limitation is related to vlan tag and not flexconnect mode.
If you find a way to use flexconnect local switching without vlan tag this might work. If you have only one SSID for example, this may work. (Did not test)
If you have more then one SSID then does not work.

You can map the WLAN ID, for example 1, to a VLAN ID , for example 1, or any VLAN ID which is not tagged. By default, VLAN ID 1 on Cisco switch is not tagged, but, any VLAN on the switch that you configure as Native VLAN will not be tagged.

That´s what I said. You can have vlan, but, you can´t have tag. If you setup the vlan as native, it will not be tagged and thus might work with PPPoE.
I think you are not following me. Take a look on vlans concept first, this may help you get the point.
