Hello;
We use approximately 100 ap (1242ag) with WLC4400 series controller. Unfortunately some of our ap reduce other ssid which places closed to our ap.
What we supposed to do to keep from this situation ?
Thanks
Best regards.

Can you be more precise ? What are those "other ssid" close to your APs ?
Wifi uses channels and if your APs interfere with the channels of nearby APs, there will be issues. What channels are your APs using ?

Different companies are working in the same building, so we see a lot of different ssids on access points. Some of them are same floor or nearby ours.
We use non-overlap channels (1,6,11). Meanwhile according the wlc documents, we marked some of APs which our APs reduce coverage as a frindly.
Could be enough ?
Thanks

If other companies' SSID isn't "hosted" in your WLC then there's nothing you can do about it.

Unfortunately, you and the rest of the immediate area. In a densely populated wi-fi network, I'd recommend using 802.11a/g/n. Disable 802.11b by shutting down the 802.11b data rates (and not the radio).
