I have two installations of Prime, virtual appliance 1.3 and physical appliance 2.0. In 1.3, I convert a cad drawing to png and it looks absolutely perfect. When I perform the same task in 2.0, the entire background of the drawing is black. I use the exact same drawing for each install. If anyone has had this happen to them, I would like to hear from them. TIA
