Hello Everyone

I am trying to setup one Access Point in PI 2.2. Thia AP is installed at 16 feet from the floor but I can't configure it in more than 10 feet.

Does anyone have the same problem or know how to fix it up?

Thankls

This is caused when the building that created in PI has a floor height of 10 feet. PI will not allow you place an AP higher than the floor height. You can go into the building, click the floor and edit the floor area to have a "Floor Height (feet)" to something 16' or greater.

By default floor height is 10 feet, change the height of floor.

Editing Floor Areas

To edit a current floor area, follow these steps:

Step 1 Choose Monitor > Site Maps.

Step 2 Click the name of the floor area to open its details page.

Step 3 From the Select a command drop-down list, choose Edit Floor Area.

Step 4 Make any necessary changes to Floor Area Name, Contact, Floor, Floor Height (feet), Floor Type (RF Model), Existing Image File, or Import New Image File.

Step 5 Click OK.
