How long would it take to install a Cisco Prime on a virtualized environment with the base software (life + assurance) and maybe just add one device or two of each type.
Planning ahead for this.
thank you in advance,

Hi,
Knowing what I know after a few CPI installations, assuming I already had the usual details available (IP, Gateway, DNS, Sysname, admin login creds, root login creds, license info etc), and that the OVA was already imported, I could probably build the server within 2-3 hours depending on size BUT if I were going back to scratch and learning it all again it could take 10-20 hours or even more over a few sessions of playing around to really get it setup fully.
How experienced are you with CPI?
