PROBLEM CONNECTING THE PC TO A TV USING A CISCO WLAN

Hi 

I have a problem when the users are presenting something on one TV, both the laptop and the TV are conected to the WLAN managed by a Cisco WLC 9800  but the problem is that fail very often, one moment everything is fine but after a few minutes o hours the connection fail.

Can anyone recommend me some troubleshooting, the connection to the WLAN is stable but it fail when we are using the sharing screen on the TV

Exactly, HOW are they sharing to the TV?  What medium is used?  BLE?  WiFi?

since both the laptop and the TV are conected to the WLAN managed by a Cisco WLC 9800, also confirm if they have up in same ip range or they are in 2 different subnets.

look at the network diagram in this link, if it looks similar to your network then make sure to follow the config steps below:

in some cases you can use TV own Built in Wi-Fi ssid or Bluetooth to cast, in that case don’t worry about above link.
