Hello,
I have problems with the configuration of the AVC with NCS.
I've enabled the functionality AVC on WLC software version 7.5 HA with no problems.
I visualize correctly the statistics.
I enabled netflow exporter to the Cisco NCS.
The NCS does not display any data.
NCS Version 1.4
NCS license assurance
I followed this manual
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/wireless/controller/technotes/7.5/AVC_dg7point5.pdf
Have you any suggestions?
Many thanks

Humm, Prime 2.0 requires seperate licensing for support of Netflow/AVC. I don't know about NCS..

Thanks Rasika,

I opened a Cisco TAC for investigate.
Likely problem is a corrupt file Xml in the software cisco prime ncs, caused of procedure upgrade release from 1.2 to 1.4
I await news from cisco TAC.
Many thanks.

Roberto,
Yes, a tac case is the way to go on this. Infact am investigating this issue as well.
If you can just attch the screenshots from Administration>Data Sources >Device data sources
Detail dashboards >>Application
Also, change looging to Trace, Admin>Logging>Message: Trace>Save
Pull the logs after 15 minutes.
We are interested in,
ifm_da, da_daemon.0 and sam_daemon.0
Thanks,
Sahil

Sahil,
Cisco TAC has resolved the issue.
Certificate problem tomcat.
evidence log problem:
86150: loopback: Dec 23 2013 06:44:00.517 +0100: %IFM-3-WITH_ERROR: %[ch=com.cisco.ifm.sam][mid=202]: Thread Id : [260] : SAM_COLLECTION_ERROR: [RESTDynamicInvocationProxy:Exception:javax.ws.rs.WebApplicationException: org.apache.cxf.interceptor.Fault: Could not send Message
To clean this up, you will need to delete tomcat cert. So the sequence of commands you need to run on admin shell is this.
# ncs stop
# ncs key deletecacert tomcat
# ncs start
Now work fine.
Thanks to all.
