Problem when trying to connect from an iphone, ipad, samsung.

Hi eveybody.

I'm having a problem when i try to connect to a WLAN with any gadget. There's no problem when i try to connect from my laptop. Problem only exists when i try to use any of the devices mentioned.

This is a guest WLAN, which it has been hidden, now i enbaled the broadcast SSID. i already tried to create another one, but still having the same problem when i try to connect from the gadgets.

I thought that maybe it was a problem with the encryption (WPA2-PSK), but gadgets can connect to another WLAN in the same WLC 5508

without a problem.

I already changed the encryption type, even i let it opened, but nothing worked for me.

I don't know if i'm missing something, i really hope you can help me.
