Hi,
I deployed wireless for one of my clients. All services and the internet are working fine.
Only problem is that while sending and receiving emails using Microsoft Outlook, there is a huge delay.
Even mails as small as 10-15 KB takes a lot of time to be sent out of the outbox.
During this time, I checked other services like internet, streamed a few youtube videos, etc but they were working perfectly fine.
There is no issue with Outlook because it is working fine in the wired network.
Thanks in advance.

This doesn't sound like a wireless issue. More like a configuration on the mail server.
What happens when you send/receive email using Outlook Web Access (OWA)?
Can you configure your Outlook to send/receive GMail/Yahoo account?

Hi,
I tested the same by connecting to the wireless network of a different office location. I tried sending emails from there but there was no delay.
The mails were going and being received smoothly.
The backend mail server is the same.
That is the reason i was suspecting an issue with the wireless.
Can you please help.

Actually if every thing is smooth other then outlook send/receive then possible only 2 options left.
Check the outlook with Gmail settting if it works perfect with Gmail then there is Mail server setting issue which you are using at the moment.
Note: Also clean your outlook temp files.
Let me know if it helps.
