Problem with Windows Install Wizard 350 Adaptor

I downloaded the newly released Windows Intall Wizard bundled with the latest ACU(6.0), Driver(3.5),Firmware(5.02.19), ACM(2.0).

It installed properly and all worked well, and I like the ACM. However, the new ACU 6.0 caused a conflict with the Windows XP Welcome Screen and the Quick Switch screen. I uninstalled everything, and reinstalled the previous version of everything, but the conflict cannot be corrected, unless I do not use the 350 adaptor. The windows message says cswgina.dll is causing it. Please help me to get the windows welcome screen back. Thanks.

If you deselct the option for LEAP when installing the ACU then it will use the windows gina file and not the ACU gina file

The best option is to unistall the acu then resinstall it and delselect the leap option in the install wizard.

If you need to use leap then unfortuantly you have to live with this limitation

Thanks for your help. It worked, but I had to uninstall everything, and then use the wizard, deselected the security modules.

Great I am glad it is all working for you now.

Unfortuanly some of the windows "Bell's and Whistles" are not available in the API that they provide details to 3rd parties such as Cisco to write login applications.

LEAP needs to intergrate into the login process so it falls in this problem If you dont need to use LEAP you can opt not to install it and you will use the Windows provided gina file

Thanks for the explanation. Fortunately, I am not using LEAP. I like this update as it solved my disconnecting problem. Also the ACM is great.
